Donovan McNabb was picked off three times, tying a career-high, and lost a fumble while completing 28-of-58 passes for 339 yards with one touchdown for the Eagles (5-4-1), who played to their first tie 11 years to the day after their last stalemate, a 10-10 final in Baltimore against the Ravens in 1997.
T.J. Houshmandzadeh had 12 catches for 149 yards and a touchdown for the Bengals (1-8-1), who squandered a 13-3 lead and earned their first tie since November 9, 1969, a 31-31 finish at Houston against the Oilers.
